Meal Plan

An Example Day

The program require you to have 3 healthy meals daily, water, fruit and the supplement provided with the program. Water is COMPULSORY.
Below is an example of our daily meal plan.

Breakfast

First thing in the morning you take your nutrition, with some water, and protein from meal plan.

Tea Time

At Morning tea you have one serve of fruit.

Lunch

At lunch time you have a few supplements, protein (chicken, fish or red meat) and ONE vegetable.

Tea Time

Another serve of fruit for an afternoon snack.

Dinner

For dinner have protein (not red meat this time) and ONE vegetable, plus some more supplements and your water!

How to take supplements

Please ask your mentor for the instructions.

Exercises

Scheduled exercise will be introduced for you to incorporate with the program

Remember

  • To drink 3 litres of water throughout the day.
  • Do not mix veg and non-veg plan in one day (Can do Veg one day and non-veg second day).
